You know what its like when you arrive in a foreign country and dont speak the language? Its all very overwhelming and confusing - I hardly know what any of the areas of Hanoi are all about. When I contacted Alan (Viet name Duy), she was very professional and found out exactly what my requirements were in detail before we even started looking.
